WebPrint is our tried and tested, online brochure creation tool.
The user-friendly interface allows you to drop text and photos into a range of templates designed just for you. Templates can be exactly as you use currently or redesigned for you by our team of designers.
Templates allow for flexibility and creativity of layout if required or they can be adhered to as set to increase efficiency and consistency.
The production menu invites you to proof and approve your brochures, send your brochures to print and create a web-quality PDF for your website.
WebPrint is a core module and can be dynamically linked to automatically update your own website, the Property Window website, our Estate Agency Office Tool and any number of third party websites using our Portal Data Feed.
Printed schedules from WebPrint are to the same high-quality as our standard range of schedules (see the Print module information for more details). Prices for schedules created and ordered through WebPrint however are much lower, due to the bypassing of our design team.

Property Window Website
Property Window at www.propertywindow.com is our own property listing website.
Properties can be searched for by area – either by name or by clicking on a map, price, new listings, property type etc.
Purchasers can also sign up to an e-mail alert service where full details of properties matching their specified criteria will be automatically e-mailed to them when available.
With dynamic linking your properties can be updated into Propertywindow.com via our WebPrint system.

Website Listing
Based on Propertywindow.com, but tailored with your own branding, a full, searchable property listing can be created and placed into your existing website.
A website listing with us will appear exactly like your own website, but it will have all the functionality that our system can offer you and your potential purchasers.
Properties can be searched for by area – either by name or by clicking on a map-, price, new listings, property type etc.
Purchasers can also sign up to an e-mail alert service where full details of properties matching their specified criteria will be automatically e-mailed to them when available on your books.
With dynamic linking your website can be updated via our WebPrint system or Estate Agency Office Tool.

Web Optimised PDF's
Web marketing of properties is an essential area of the property market. Our web-optimised PDFs are created from our printed schedules and are visually and file-size optimised for display purposes.
Pages of a multi-page brochure are split up to display in the correct order on screen and not as a flattened out printed version.
Web-optimised PDF files are created and e-mailed to you in a timely manner and can then be applied to your website or sent on to other websites.
With dynamic linking, PDFs can be automatically uploaded onto your website or Propertywindow.com and even updated into the Estate Agency Office Tool.
Please note that this module is not required if you use our WebPrint module as PDFs are created automatically.

Portal Data Feed
Our Data Feed service will automatically update your properties onto a range of high profile property listing websites to offer you maximum online exposure.
A one-off sign-up process is all that is required to have all your properties automatically sent to the sites of your choice. PDFs and property details are sent and updated daily
Combine our portal Data Feed module with any of our other modular services and you need only input the data required once.
Please note that this module is only available in conjunction with either Propertywindow.com and/or Website Listing modules.
